Beef Goulash

Beef goulash is all about building rich layers of flavour that come from sweet caramelized onions, bloomed paprika, and slow-simmered beef.

The Genier Mixing Kettle makes it easy to handle each step in one kettle, from sautéing the base to slow simmering the stew. Its even heat and steady mixing bring out the full depth of this hearty classic while keeping delicate spices from scorching, making it ideal for cooking larger batches with consistent, tender results.
