Instructions

  • Place the standard tool in the mixing kettle.
  • Add the oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, lemon zest, garlic and sour cream to the kettle.
  • Mix for 1 minute at speed 100.
  • Change to the folding tool and hook.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix gently for 1 minute at speed 60.
