Roll-out (technical)
This is the major update many of you have been waiting for since October 2024. Version 1.60 focuses heavily on making diagnostics faster and the user experience more intuitive.
Service & Diagnostics Highlights:
- Live IO Identification:
We have updated the names in Live IO and added IO terminal point numbers directly in front of the names. You can now see exactly where to measure inputs/outputs without consulting electrical diagrams.
- Unique Error IDs:
Error messages now include Unique ID numbers for faster and more accurate troubleshooting.
- Soft Water Emptying Logic:
Corrected a logic error where the jacket unnecessarily drained to the lower float switch at the start of cooking in specific configurations.
- Live Data Fixes:
The ingredient water LED now correctly turns off when in standby mode during jacket filling.
Operational & User Side Improvements:
- Improved Workflow:
The OK and Back buttons have been swapped for better ergonomics.
- Scheduling & UI:
A new, intuitive Android-style design for setting time and date.
- Cleaning Programs:
New icons and programs (Fast, Mid, Power) are now correctly restored to HACCP report listings.
- Enhanced Mixer Control:
Improved ramping (soft start) and speed adjustments, with changes now correctly reflected in the edit menu.
- Smart Recipes:
Memo notes and ingredient quantities now automatically scale based on the selected production size.
- New Functions:
Added a "Continue function" for foot pedal operations.
- Temperature Ranges:
Maximum food temperature adjusted to 120°C, and cooling end selection expanded up to 85°C.
- HACCP Reliability:
Fixed sub-zero temperature display bugs and added "Previous/Next" buttons for easier browsing.
- Expanded Languages:
Full support for Slovenian and Turkish, with translation fixes for Swedish/English.
Upgrade your units today! We recommend updating all field units to v1.60 to ensure the best possible performance and easiest serviceability.
